An absolute gem in Pune, James the owner and head chef has maintained a high level of authentic Chinese cuisine in Pune for over 2 decades. Every dish here is unique in its flavor, simplicity and authenticity. I was pleasantly surprised to find that each item I ordered had a different taste and flavor. I discovered a new hot and sour soup, much to my delight! Unlike the traditional hot and sour, this one was not a dark brown, but a light creamy color and wonderfully spiced. Highly recommend it. The mushroom fried rice was another delight. A light and delightful change from the heavy and oily dishes served elsewhere, this one was light and flavourful with the mushroom standing out amongst the flavors. Another recommendation. The steamed wontons were similarly delightful, not oily and heavy, but light and each bite was filled with the perfect amount of meat and vegetables. I highly recommend dipping them in the garlic chili sauce provided at each table. A perfect accompaniment. Everything we ordered was different in its flavor and taste, not overly flavored and the uniqueness of the ingredients are allowed to shine. Pro tip, go a little bit after opening since James is in the kitchen himself every night, personally cooking up the orders. We visited Ahling Chinese Corner for dinner and ordered Steamed Wontons, Prawn in Manchurian Sauce, Chicken Korean Fried Rice, Chicken Steamed Siu Mai, Crab Red Chilli in Pecking Sauce and Shantung Chicken Hakka noodles. All the dishes were perfectly cooked and wonderfully scrumptious. The staff here is very efficient and humble. A must visit outlet while roaming around the Pune city centre.

I am not sure how many times we have eaten here. It’s like second home for dinner for our family. Should definitely try triple schezwan rice, hakka noodles with brown peiking gravy, shantung noodles combo and starters.
I recently indulged in the most scrumptious Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Spring Rolls, and I must say, it's been ages since I've tasted such authentic Chinese goodness! The flavors danced on my palate, leaving me yearning for more. As a self-proclaimed Chinese food aficionado, I can confidently say this place is an absolute must-visit! Ahling. Has been there since the 90’s .. one of the go to places for Chinese food … The food has always been on point and the packed with flavours .. The noodles are all house made .. so that sets the standard high This time around we had the Lemon chicken , sweet and tangy and succulent morsels of chicken along with burnt garlic chicken rice
